Jaiyesimi Titilayo Oluwayemisi is a graduate from the prestigious citadel of learning, Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria. She is a Professional, Reputable, Resourceful and Enthusiastic Individual, who sees herself as an added value to a firm, contributing her quota to achieve career and corporate goals. She is hardworking, self-motivated and target oriented with a drive for excellence. Her bore love for the International scene has evolved her keen engagement in the Model United Nations which is the flagship of the United Nations Development Programme. It is noteworthy to state that she has served in various capacities. Titilayo, is a Model United Nations enthusiast, having commenced her MUN journey following the birth of the Babcock International Model United Nations in 2017. She served as the delegate of Tanzania under the Economic and Financial Committee where she represented her country duly and gave salient points as regards her country’s stance on the topic discussed- South- South Cooperation and the alleviation of money laundering on counterfeit goods in Africa. In 2018, she served as the Volunteer assigned to the Disarmament and International SecurityDISEC, Babcock International Model United Nations where jotted and gave salient points on the issues of cyber-crimes. In 2019, she served as the Rapporteur for the Disarmament and International Security (DISEC). She also gained credence by being elected to spearhead as the Chairperson for the Social, Cultural and Humanitarian Committee(SOCHUM) for the Covenant International Model United Nations 2020 (CIMUN 2020) in which the topic: The Pandemic Outbreak on IDPS: Effects and losses in 3rd World countries also the Chairperson for the Sustainable Development Goal 2(SDG 2), Edo Model United Nations which was started by enthusiasts of the Faculty of Law, Engineering and Arts of University of Benin, Edo state. Topic discussed centred on the Refocusing COVID-19 response via the availability of food to persons, delegates gave ice-breaking style of diplomatic communication, and appropriate solutions were adopted. She currently serves as the Chairperson (Nigeria) for the emerging World Peace Summit 2020. It is noteworthy to state that her Committee simulation is the Disarmament and International Security (DISEC). Known to be very passionate about changing the world, she believes in the power of young people helping one another to succeed; she deploys these attributes in helping participants at Conferences to enjoy a rich experience, whether they are first timers or experienced MUNers. Titilayo has found profound interests in research, international politics and diplomacy, people management and is a very good and articulate team player. Lastly, she is persuasive, energetic, outspoken, productive and consistent in her commitment to personal, youth and business development.
